 Purchasing
Ideally, we would provide the hardware, the software, installed,
configured and tested, and one day's installation and training. The hardware we supply is always
at cost - we are keen to pass on any savings we can negotiate with suppliers.
Although it is possible for individual studios to source their own hardware, we recommend
that we supply it. This enables us to bench test Sound Box with the selected hardware and
therefore ensure compatibility.
Hardware Specifications
A Minimum Specification PC to run Sound Box consists of a Pentium
III 600MHz unit with 128 MB RAM and a 20GB hard disc drive. Please call to discuss your needs.

Support
If required, we can provide an inexpensive support and maintenance
contract - with varying Service Level Agreements, depending on your requirements. Please
call for details, or email our Sound Box team. Sound Box is so intuitive and well
constructed that your requirement for support calls will be few and far between.
Development
Sound Box is continually developing. If you opt for a maintenance
contract, routine upgrades will be provided as a matter of course, if not, they'll be
available optionally for a small charge to cover our costs. We'll keep in touch,
unobtrusively, and keep you informed of development plans. What's more, we're very happy
to listen to our users and to take on-board their ideas. |
